Glass

When you recycle your glass bottles and jars, they can be transformed into a range of new products, including new glass bottles and jars, concrete paving, construction aggregate and golf course sand. Recycled glass can also be used for arts and crafts products.

Note: Some types of glass (e.g. pyrex, contaminated laboratory glassware) cannot be placed in traditional glass recycling points. Your waste manager will be able to advise you.
